Project Overview
Eleventh & Main was created as a modern digital home for Kevin Sutton’s Northeast Ohio general contracting business. The website was designed to feel elevated, trustworthy, and editorial while still clearly explaining the company’s core work across general contracting, renovations, home repairs, property solutions, and exterior improvements.
Website Direction
The visual direction moved away from the typical contractor website look and instead used strong typography, clean spacing, premium residential imagery, and a calm neutral interface. The goal was to make Eleventh & Main feel polished, local, capable, and memorable from the first scroll.
Services & Local SEO
The website includes dedicated service presentation for project types like general contracting, renovations and remodeling, home repairs, property solutions, and exterior improvements. Location-focused content was also built around Northeast Ohio communities including Macedonia, Northfield, Sagamore Hills, Hudson, Solon, Brecksville, Independence, Twinsburg, Aurora, Chagrin Falls, Pepper Pike, Moreland Hills, Beachwood, Strongsville, Westlake, and Rocky River.
Contact & Lead Flow
The contact experience was designed to make project inquiries feel simple and intentional. Visitors can choose a project type, provide contact details, share timeline and budget expectations, and explain what they want to change, repair, or build, giving Eleventh & Main a clearer starting point for every lead.

Website Graphics
I created and organized the website graphics, service card visuals, local area presentation, project inquiry layout, and supporting imagery used throughout the website. Each graphic needed to support the premium contractor feel while keeping the site clean, direct, and easy to navigate.
Impact
The finished website gives Eleventh & Main a strong online presence that feels more elevated than a basic trades website. It creates a clear path from brand introduction to services, local relevance, and project inquiry, helping the business look established and ready for higher-quality leads.
